Hivos is looking for an outstanding and experienced gender expert to support the use of the Gender Equality Diversity Inclusion (GEDI) Strategy across Hivos and guide our women’s empowerment institutional advocacy plans. This will primarily involve supporting Hivos’ global office and regional hubs to effectively mainstream gender, diversity inclusion and women’s rights into budgeting, programming, staff orientation, and a variety of internal processes.
